About the ACC

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is comprised of homeowner volunteers and exists so Stafford Square remains a special place to live. Any and all external changes, repairs or work of any kind to your property must be first approved by the ACC. To submit your request, review the SCCA rules and regulations and fill out the ACC change request form.

Paint

If you'd like to make any changes to exterior paint colors -- either for siding, front doors, shutters, etc. -- please refer to the Rules & Regulations for color guidance. Before making a change, fill out the ACC Change Request Form for approval.

Items Stored Outside

Bicycles, coolers or tables that are not in use must be removed. Grills and barbeques must be stored neatly when not in use. All firewood must be stacked away from the town home. Interior town homes must remove any lawn furniture by the end of October each year and cannot permanently leave lawn furniture outside before April 1.

Fences

All fences must be a board-on-board design and must not exceed the height of the existing brick fences and in no cases be higher than 5 feet.

AC Units

No portable air conditioning units shall be placed in any window.
